There is no charge for the initial consultation. This allows us an opportunity to introduce ourselves and to learn about your business needs. Then, we will negotiate a fee arrangement that is mutually agreeable. All proposed fees will be presented to you in writing with clear explanations of what services you should expect from us. It is our goal to avoid surprises for all parties. As your business grows, it may be necessary to provide more technical expertise as you expand your accounting and computer systems. We know that if we have been providing affordable and effective services, you will allow us to assist you further during your periods of growth.
